Service engagement

An enquiry does not create a service agreement. Scope, timelines, fees, responsibilities and deliverables apply only after written agreement between Digital Bazar and the client.

Advertising spend and results

Advertising spend is paid separately to advertising platforms unless agreed otherwise. Results depend on market conditions, offer, budget, website experience, tracking quality and other factors. No fixed result is guaranteed.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to materials, claims, products and access they provide. Platform reviews, account restrictions and policy decisions remain controlled by the relevant platform.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Digital Bazar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party platforms or factors outside its reasonable control.
