REFUND POLICY

Service fees

Management, strategy, setup, creative and technical service fees cover time and work allocated to a client engagement. Once work has started, fees for completed or committed work are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms, notice periods and any eligible refund are governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted for the engagement. Where that agreement is silent, contact Digital Bazar promptly so the unused portion can be reviewed fairly.

Advertising spend

Payments made directly to Meta, Google or another advertising platform are controlled by that platform and are not refundable by Digital Bazar.
